Speedlight 3D Carbon Sole – With a full carbon construction, the sole features 3 distinct layers, dramatically reducing the thickness whilst increasing stiffness at the same time. This increased stiffness has been tested to offer an index stifness of 10 transfer of all your full power. For longer rides, the advanced AirFlow system featuring inlet and outlet ports to prevent overheating of the soles and feet.

S.R.S (Slim Ratchet System) – The S.R.S is a newly designed, micro-metric buckle closure system that maximises closing precision with minimal input, size and weight. The technical mechanoism follows the natural anatomic shape of the foot, ensuring the most comfortable fit when riding. Created with a forged aluminium, the S.R.S system is great for top resistance and easy to replace if it breaks.

Asymmetrical straps are another innovative construction in the Northwave portfolio. The traditional central strap has been moved to the centre in order for it to follow the anatomy of the feet, reducing the pressure on the side area.
