How are the bicycles shipped to customers?
We use specialized bike couriers and custom-reinforced packaging. Most bikes arrive 95% assembled; you will typically only need to attach the handlebars and front wheel.
Do you offer a warranty on used cycling equipment?
Yes, we provide a limited 3-month mechanical warranty on all certified pre-owned frames and components to give you peace of mind with your purchase.
What is your return policy if the bike doesn't fit?
We offer a 14-day return period. If the bike is not the right fit for you, you can return it in its original condition for a refund or exchange, subject to a restocking fee.
